We are intentionally cultivating a teaching and learning center for those eager to leave the world a better place.
We are doing this around food, entrepreneurial enterprise, community, and conscious social engagement. We are doing this alongside a space rental, event and retreat place-based business.
We are testing emerging renewable models as solutions for our modern world. We don’t have everything figured out, but we’ve got experience, ideas, and one another, and that is a good recipe for the path forward.
The Food
Experience the work of local artists and vendors curated for Highland Lake Cove. Noteworthy local potter Lori Theriault of Crazy Green Studios in Asheville, NC, designed and crafted all pottery service ware, dining ware, and decorative pitchers exclusively for Treska’s on Highland Lake.
Elevating every celebration. Budy Finch Catering & Revelry takes pride in offering a specialized catering service dedicated to enhancing every guest’s experience. Budy Finch distinguishes itself by providing delicious food displayed beautifully with a focus on local and comfort foods. All of our catered events are culinary experiences marked by a commitment to delivering not just meals but moments.

Need copy here. Reminiscent of the more formal terraced gardens of the area's historic estates, the amphitheater cradles the main stage.
The terraced design provides both a dramatic setting for the bridal party’s approach, as well as a clear view of the ceremony for all participants.
Witnessed by the the back drop of tall trees and the water brings in a sense of timelessness to every special ceremony.
